The CMU officers’ blog would like to wish Happy Chinese New Year to all Chinese that celebrating it on 26 January 2008 especially to our very own Malaccan born GSS. Sadly we cannot get Ang Pau from him yet due to you know why… Anyway most of us are going back to their hometown, so drive safe and enjoy the holidays.


P/s: This cover was shot using limau from pasar malam (already 2 weeks and still not finish eating it), Chinese New Year greeting card for GSS, few chopsticks, an aromatherapy candle and the red backdrop is from ‘kain-baju ‘ MAAG. The end result, breathless … (angkat bakul sekejap!)

COMFIRMATION

Two of our most eligible bachelors are going for confirmation in February 09. Hopefully, they (the judges and not Randy, Paula, Simon and Kara) will stick to the date, month, week or whatever. For both of them, good luck dudes! (Whoever they are, but we know there are two people involve). Same also goes to Miss Liana from CIPU, you go girl…

MEET THE ARJONAS SISTERS (NO RELATION AT ALL WITH THE JONAS BROTHERS)

They came for two weeks. Two of MAA’s sisters together with their friend flew (niki belon) all the way from Kuching to Kuala Lumpur. They also went to Pahang and Terengganu. MAA did promise us more pictures, however we only have this one when they were in CMU office.

By the way, for those who are not familiar with the title, it is actually from Amy Winehouse’s Back to Black album. Somehow I felt that the title do fit in with the meeting that we are going to attend in February. Why? Go figure… for me, it is too obvious not too noticed about it.

FIRST ANNOUNCEMENT

PROGRAMME A) AN EVENING WITH SALIHIN SEKOT

We all know by now that we are going to have our first ever meeting in Kota Tinggi. The date however will be comfirm by our secretary (SS). So, while we are there, let us do some activities like masak-masak and makan-makan. How about at Salihin's house? I heard Salihin already bought a nice tea set in conjunction with our meeting there. Feedback please...

PROGRAMME B) MALAM BULAN DI PAGAR BINTANG (if it doesn’t rain)

The CMU officers’ blog would also like to organize a barbecue party somewhere in February/March. It will be a night of good foods and also an opportunity to all CMU officers and our friends to get together. So… feedback is needed from the rest of the team. Will you commit (in attending)? It will be frustrating to know that if someone could not make it.

I need suggestions especially on the date, please consider SN is not here till the end of February, MSM is busy with Master study, MSM, GSS and SS need to be confirm first and SS need to travel from KT to SPSB.

On behalf of CMU Officers’ Blog, I am begging the rest of the CMU officers to make time for this event because it seems very difficult for all of us to meet with each other nowadays. The last activity that we had was trip to Malacca in 2006.

Remember…FUN AND MENTAL IS FUNDAMENTAL!
